When you are doing What Is Within You, you feel “in the flow”, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is easy, it just means that you have a feeling like you’re where you’re supposed to be, or at least you aren’t fighting. So you can have “negative” emotions- you can, and will, be sad, you can, and will, be angry… Those are all ok experiences to have, it’s what you do with those feelings. And it isn’t always something grand, sometimes the next thing that is within you is dishes, or a book, or a dance, or a load of laundry, or a business plan, or a walk, etc. It’s right this moment, tuning into yourself.

Some tools work well for a lot of people, so I’ve put some here to give you a place to start on your own, I’m starting with How to Start Meditating…Today, 3 Ways to Write That Aren’t Journaling, and Challenges. Look through this site, pick out a few things that speak to you, trust yourself, only you know What Is Within You*. It’s a tremendous amount of power, it can be scary and intimidating, that’s why it’s so important that it’s right now, this minute, you have something yearning to see light, and it’s the key to feeling in the flow and feeling at ease in the world.

*I like to think of how I help people is as a teacher (though I am a Nationally Certified Counselor also), teaching them how to trust themselves and find how their anchor inside of themselves. I have had many teachers who have helped me to do that. If you feel lost, in the dark, or could use a little extra light, check out my services.
